The series is born from the meeting between an artist and a poet, so that images and words may proceed side by side, accompanying one another, in dialogue, at times playing together, at times calling each other into question. Each volume takes shape from this encounter and opens the way to the next, with no fixed deadline: the artist invites another woman artist, who in turn will choose the poetic voice with whom to walk in step. A passing of the baton among women, guided by friendship and esteem. An invitation in the feminine, embracing many ways of being present.

In Amuleti, the dialogue unfolds between the images of Claudia Losi and the words of Elisa Biagini. Twenty-four poems accompany twenty-four small clay amulets, in which animal, human, and more-than-human forms intertwine until the boundaries between them become uncertain. Objects that seem to hold a memory, a gesture, a transformation.

The amulets rest in the palms of different hands, in a gesture that can be read as either an offering or a gathering. It is the gaze of the beholder that completes their meaning.
